Not Sure About this Seller Oct 02, 2009
I bought this product thru Amazon from
Gadgets n Gifts
11816 Deana St Unit A
El Monte, CA 91732
The product was the wrong size, my fault, I was guessing. The pads didn't fit my device. But when I tried to return them they said:
"You may return the product with the original invoice for replacement/refund.
According to our return policy, if you are not satisfied with the product (if you are aware of any missing or defective item), replacement/refund will be arranged after product is checked by our technician.
The returned product should be with its original packing and accessories at the original condition.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping & handling charge is not refundable."
I accepted that, not that I was happy with a 20% restocking fee but I expected to pay shipping. But the thing is the credit hasn't shown up on my credit card yet and this was about 30 days ago. At this point if something does happen soon I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Gadgets n Gifts.
