ACCURATE ORACLE BUT BE AWARE Oct 06, 2009
I have mixed feelings about the Gypsy Witch oracle. The other reviews are very true. Be careful using these cards because they can be very scary in what they say. For example it can say someone will die if next to the card of the dog for example it could refer to your friend. I don't know about you but this scares the hell out of me. The phrases on these cards are very dry and bruttaly honest. Maybe to brutal for some people so be prepared.
Now the reason I like it is because I love the Lenormand cards and these cards are not the original Lenormand but are inspired by the Lenormand card deck. The images and quality of the design I think is very poor but on the plus side the meanings are printed on each card and tells you how the particular card relates to other cards. This is very good especially for the novice who is just learning how to use the Lenormand oracle.
If you purchase this deck take the reading with a grain of salt. If a card says expect someone to die DON'T BELIEVE IT LITERALLY. It might refer to a change or transmutation from one condition to another and not that someone is going to die. If you get nervous about using fortune telling oracle then DON'T get these cards.

I have had a deck of these since I was 13, I am 52, and have looked everywhere for them. I was looking up a costume for an up-coming Rennaissance Faire, and found them on Amazon, after searching the internet, not to mention all the book stores and everywhere else I could think of! I am EXTREMELY happy, as I was about to give up. My deck was SO dog-eared and worn, and a dog had actually eaten a few of the cards!

This wasn't what I expected it to be but I still like it. I have not used it much since I have purchased it. I guess I like the original tarot set cards and use to them but not these kind of cards. To each his own though. Not bad for the price.

I first bought a deck about 12 years ago. I have since worn out two decks. I thought they were just for kicks at first but soon shocked myself and my friends by accurately predicting events in their lives! One must be sensitive and an accurate reader of people in order to use these correctly. It takes a lot of practice and you'll probably wear out at least one deck before getting up to speed. I accurately predicted a change of job and address for a stranger one time and he came back the next day and confirmed what I told him. He got a transfer to a better job and had to move to accept it. He had already packed when he came to tell me the news. These work if you know how to use them.

I learned to read cards when I was a teenager. I know most of the fortune telling techniques and tools from all over the world and from different cultures but I prefer good old fashioned card reading to all of them. I own and use a number of different fortune telling cards most of which are designed for complicated layouts and readings. This deck is very simple and it is my #1 choice when I need to get a "yes" or "no" answer in a flash.I read all the reviews on this page, some of them are saying this deck is not accurate. Yes, it is accurate, actually, amazingly accurate. Remember that cards themselves are just a bunch of pieces of paper, they cannot be "accurate" or "inaccurate" by themselves for they are just a tool that your own mind is using to tap into the occult and forbidden knowledge. It's not the cards, its your own mind that is giving you answers to your questions (every person's mind has psychic abilities to one extend or the other).If you see that this particular deck is not exactly in harmony with you just find another one that you will be feeling more comfortable with.It is true that the very same deck of cards works miracles for one fortune teller and does absolutely nothing for another. That is why every fortune teller has his/her very favorite deck and layouts in his/her arsenal. This deck works for me with such accuracy that I am trying not to use it too often or for no good reason because I feel that this is a serious tool, not a toy.
