Spiritual Understanding for Your Life's Purpose Jun 20, 2009
I ordered Lunar Nodes to deepen and expand my study of karmic astrology for myself and clients. Wow! I am very pleased with the amount of research Ms. Teal has done on the nodes and their relevance to the soul's karmic purpose. I found the inclusion of the charts of well-known people very helpful in illustrating positions of the nodes in signs and houses. The book is well-organized, beautifully written and easy to understand. The study of the nodes sheds significant light on where we have been and where we are likely to go in life. My only regret is that I did not discover books such as this sooner!

I have been a student of Astrology for some 20 plus years, I have always been searching for answers about the Nodes, and what their true meaning is in my chart, In reading one of Celeste's first books, I found just the Astrologer I have been looking for, so I e-mailed her some questions about my chart,and she responded to my e-mail, she did my first chart and talk about the Nodes and my purpose in this life, and I was shocked that she could tell me so much about my life, and didn't even know me, the information that the Nodes hold in your chart, as well as the Progressed chart is just amazing, I am so glad she wrote the book on the Nodes, and that she shares all her knowlege, and insight and skills as an Astrologer, this is one book that every one should have, all the details of the Nodes in aspect in the natal chart, the Progressed chart, and Solar chart tells so much information and depth, their is a chapter on synastry that tells so much information on the poeple that come in and out of lives, and the purpose that persons holds in are future, if it will be lasting or not. The Nodes hold allot of Karma in are lives, for good or bad.
Thank You Celeste for sharing all your insight,and knowlege, and all the hard work that you put into this book.

Fantastic. So good and informative that I read it twice, back to back, as to not overlook any information. Highly recommended for students of all levels of astrology.

A super book for the Professional Astrologer! Mar 22, 2009
I've been an astrologer for a long time. I have a lot of volumes in my library, and I've formulated my own system of astrology as well as run a popular astrology forum. So when I look to add a new astrology book and its information to my technique, it had better be an advance in the field that adds something I can really use effectively. And at this stage of my astrology study, I have to take the time to determine effectiveness of a new work.
LUNAR NODES: Discover Your Soul's Cosmic Mission is one of those volumes. Don't be put off by the soul or karmic mission stuff. If this fits into your philosophic world view then that's fine, but you can use the volume just as effectively if you don't believe that earthbound astrologers can divine your cosmic mission.
Celeste Teal has covered almost every aspect of the Lunar Node discussion that anyone could think about. What's more, like her previous book ECLIPSES: Predicting World Events & Personal Transformation, when you are finished reading it you are launched into more questions about using the Nodes. The volume explains many aspects of nodal astrology including what you may have done in your last life(OR WHAT TALENTS YOU COME INTO LIFE WITH) and what you have to work on this time around. It discusses natal nodes by sign, house, and position for natal analysis. But the book doesn't stop there.
Celeste Teal has made a name for herself with volumes on prediction in Astrology. She doesn't scrimp here. Progressions, Transits, and Return charts are covered well.
One of my own study areas is that of measuring POSITIVE LUCK in natal and progressed charts. The nodes clearly indicate certain kinds of luck, and after studying this book I see considerable hints regarding transits of luck with the nodes.
Don't miss this volume. When you see new clients now, among the first things you will do is to check out their natal, transit, and progressed nodal information. Its that accurate!

Excellent Book ! Mar 22, 2009
I was pretty skeptic before buying this book. To be very true, I was not expecting much, but once I started reading the book, I just could not keep it down. The depth of author's knowledge on the Nodes is simply amazing. I'd recommend this book to all who are new to the "nodes", but are keen to explore its depths.
