Transparency clears cards up Nov 09, 2009 I'd been looking forward to these tarot cards for over a year. Upon receiving them I was somewhat delighted and somewhat disappointed. I think I'll grow to like them more as I use them and I do think they'll help me learn the cards more readily than
all the other decks I've used.
An Amazingly interactive tarot deck Oct 17, 2009 I have many tarot decks and I love each of them, but this one just invites me to be creative with it. There is so much to think about with even just three or four cards that I don't need to do an entire celtic cross spread to gain deep insight into whatever the subject of the reading might be. I would recommend it to anyone.

My New Favorite Deck, from a Novice Tarot Reader :) Sep 18, 2009 I am a beginner-level tarot reader. I have a collection of about 30 decks. I have been reading for awhile, but consider myself a novice, since I mostly read for friends or myself. I still have to study card meanings, and don't have everything memorized. Some decks can look intimidating to a novice like me!
Then along comes this deck. I haven't had a deck speak so clearly to me since the Rohrig. Immediately I made a connection with this deck. I found myself wanting to shuffle it immediately out of the box. I started reading with it within minutes.
This deck seems to want me to read intuitively with it. I don't need to use traditional card meanings with this deck, though they work quite nicely with these cards. You can easily mix traditional meanings with intuitive interpretations to create a more rich overall reading. I find reading with these cards to be almost effortless. They really speak to me. I don't feel pressured to remember every card meaning I was ever taught. The cards just speak.
The images are sparse on the card, yet they speak volumes. I posted a couple of my readings in the Photos gallery for this deck on Amazon. For example, none of the Majors use people in them. This is because the Minors use images of people, so the Majors provide all of the essence of the Majors, all of the strength and energy behind the Majors, yet do so in an unintrusive yet highly meaningful background to the illustrated Minors.
The deck reads beautifully. I cannot recommend it highly enough. 10 stars!
A note about the included spread cloth: It is of plain white cotton, nothing fancy, yet highly useful! You will find you can partially unfold it to create a small reading area, a "mini spread cloth" perfect for 3 to 4 cards. Even if your regular reading table is dark, this will sit nicely in a corner of your table and enable you to read these cards with ease. Including the spread cloth was a great idea!

This deck is a must for any Tarot enthusiast! Sep 12, 2009 This deck is a fantastic tool for developing your intuition whether you know how the tarot works or not! It is fun and interesting to use and play with! I have been reading and teaching the Tarot for 35 years and have many decks I use for my readings. I am working on a full course using this deck as it relates to the Rider Waite deck. The stories you can visually make while laying these cards out provide such a great visual for you and your client. I started by studing each card and laying them in a film strip to see the main story she used to teach the soul's evolution. It is clear as well as being highly inspiration for the reader to add their intuitive insights to the sequence of the soul's universal flow of energy. Whether you want a deck for interesting entertainment or serious soul searching, I highly encourage you to try this one out!

What a great deck! Sep 03, 2009 I love this deck. It's easy for the beginner (me) or advanced (my friends) user. Easy to shuffle, easy to read and there are ways to spread and read that are not typical of standard decks. The book is informative and it's nice to have a cloth to use. Every time I do a spread with these cards, I learn more and find them easier to use. The only minor difficulty I have is stickiness. If there is anything remotely sticky on one's hands, the cards become sticky, making them a bit harder to shuffle. Keeping them clean is not always easy and I haven't found a good cleaner for them since I'm concerned about the images becoming faint or disappearing altogether.
